Grilled Lemon Pepper Mahi Mahi

This lemon pepper Mahi Mahi on the grill is full of flavor and a great choice for a healthy, gluten-free meal. Ingredients:

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Put the Mahi Mahi fillets in a shallow dish

Pour the lemon pepper marinade over the fillets, making sure that each one gets a good coat

Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour to marinate

Take the Mahi Mahi fillets out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Mahi Mahi fillets should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked all the way through and flakes easily with a fork
