Vegan Funfetti Cinnamon Rolls

These vegan Funfetti cinnamon rolls are delicious and can be eaten for breakfast or dessert. Theyre light, sweet, and full of bright sprinkles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened

Instructions:

Melt the almond milk in a small saucepan

Do not boil it

Just warm it up

Taking it off the heat, add the granulated sugar and melted vegan butter and mix them in

Add yeast and 1 cup of flour to a large mixing bowl

Pour the warm almond milk mixture in and mix it in well

Add the salt and the rest of the flour

Mix until a dough starts to form

Move the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for five to seven minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic

Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and set it in a greased bowl

Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it goes double in size

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Spray or line a baking dish with cooking spray

Flatten the dough that has risen, then roll it out into a rectangle shape

Cover the dough with vegan butter that has been softened

Spread out the brown sugar, cinnamon, and rainbow sprinkles on top of the buttered dough

Roll the dough into a log shape starting from one long edge

Divide the log into 12 even pieces

After getting the baking dish ready, put the rolls in it, leaving space between each one

Wait 20 to 25 minutes and bake until the top is golden brown

Let the rolls cool down a bit before you serve them
